NORDBALT BUSINESS PLAN
The project is supported by Nordplus Junior Programme of the Nordic Council of Ministers. The partners are following schools that give vocational education in business and administration:?
1. Porvoo Commercial College, FINLAND
2. Lääne-Viru College, ESTONIA
3. Riga Trade Technical School, LATVIA
4. Kaunas Vocational Training Centre, LITHUANIA
5. Ålands handelsläroverk, ALAND
Target of the project is to exchange practices and find new ways for supporting students when they make innovative business plans as part of their vocational studies.
Following activities are planned during project period during study year 2010-2011:
- 10 teacher MOBILITY PERIODS
- 20 STUDENT MOBILITY PERIODS
- 1 INTERNATIONAL BUSINESS PLAN SEMINAR
In addition the project aims at:
- Comparing and finding new ways to support the innovativeness.
- Upgrading teachers’ skills and competence.
- Guiding and counseling the business plan writing process of the students
- Providing the students and teachers an opportunity to develop skills and competence in business planning by peer-assessment.
- Acquaintance with different business environments and opportunities.
- Producing Support Material for schools about innovative approaches for supporting the students’ business planning processes and teaching innovative entrepreneurship.
